Agoraphobic Alien

Junkwagon
“Sew” is a publication outlet for a variety of personal writing & art, including poetry, short essays, photos, comics, collage, etc. Themes of friendship, grief, love, sexuality, motherhood, & mental illness abound. I started “Sew” as an artifact of my own stitched togetherness, evidence that one can grow and thrive irrespective of any sense of wholeness. I make mini-booklets, A5 chapbooks, fold-outs, etc. Mini-booklets might contain a single poem, or perhaps a short reflection (usually with imagery), or a short comic. Fold-outs usually contain some sort of aphorism or short prose accompanied by illustration, or a brief essay. instagram.com/sweetleegentlee

PERF is not only short for “perfect” but also the “perforations” in motion picture film stock. This zine is created by the IU Black Film Center & Archive, the only archive in the world solely dedicated to preserving film materials made by and about Black people since 1981.
